TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT MODE
Our preferred payment mode are via ibanking or ATM transfer. All prices quoted are in Singapore dollars. I will only accept your order upon receipt of your full payment. Once payment is made, there will be strictly no refund.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Upon ordering, your event date is tentatively reserved. You have 7 days to make payment. If payment is not received within 7 days after payment details is sent, your booking will be cancelled and the date will be released back to the general public. I will only accept order upon receipt of your full payment. Once payment is made, there will be strictly no refund.

DELIVERY
Delivery will be only to a one stop point. For bulk/corporate order which need several delivery points, charges will be imposed according.

Minimum order of S$300.00 and above will enjoy free delivery.
S$20.00 will be charged if minimum order is not meet.
S$50.00 will be additional charged if deliver to Tuas or Sentosa.

SELF COLLECTION
There will not be any delivery charge if you choose to self pick up the cakes from me. If your order is a sculpted or tiered cake, I will not be responsible for any mishap during your journey from collection point to your designation. Do note that certain cakes cannot be picked up as they may require assembly on site.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Should Hapicakes initiate the withdrawal, all fees will be returned, excluding the fair market value for any services / products already provided.

NON-GUARANTEE
Although every possible care will be taken with the delivery and set up of the cakes, however once we have delivered the cake, it will becomes the responsibility of clients and we cannot be held responsible for any destruction of the cake or products once they are in the care of clients.

PHOTO USAGE
We reserve the right to use any photos we take of your creation for any media related activities such as our website, blog, Facebook or advertising.

CONSENT
By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions. If we decide to change our term and conditions, we will post those changes on this page, and it is client's responsibility to read all of our terms and conditions before ordering.
